utterly brilliant. I particularly love the ripping on Boston City Hall Plaza — “a public place so dismal that the winos don't event want to go there … every year Harvard and MIT have a joint committee to repair it and every year they fail to because they don't want to hurt IM Pei's feelings”.
As a former Kiwanis member, I loved the cream chicken reference too!
